The Friday rush is real. These absolute professionals handled at least 40 people ordering their Friday fish chip fix tonight all between 6.30 to 7.30pm. My order of bluff oysters was accidentally given away by the new guy but they just handled it brilliantly I received my usual delicious, piping hot fish chips in no time at all. The crumbed fish is yum, the oysters were just right and the chips are crispy not oily at all. This is our usual it is consistently a quality meal.

The best fish and chip shop. the chips are excellent, creatures have a bit smaller, but happy that they have remained open with all the extended gowt shut off, the small companies did. happy to support the natives. beautiful family business and large customer service.

I finally discovered a fish and chip shop in Upper Hutt that serves some really good battered fish! While that's not the only thing on the menu, it’s definitely a highlight for me. They also cook exclusively with canola oil, which is a healthier option. The prices are very reasonable too—I paid under $9 for a piece of fish, a generous serving of chips, and a pineapple fritter. I highly recommend it!
