Great Wall Chinese - Upper Chichester

I have been a fan of the General Tso's chicken at this restaurant for the past 10 years. The staff is friendly and I will definitely be returning.

I have found the place expensive for Chinese food, they get orders wrong frequently and the food is basically tasteless. I ordered shrimp fried rice it had maybe four shrimp in it, a little bit of onion, and the rest was tasteless. The girl that took my order look like she should?ve been in elementary school and she acted the same. We have decided never to order they are again even though it?s a local establishment. Don?t waste your money for food isn?t worth it.

Bad customer service, If you order close to closing time, you will waste your time and money. I ordered some BBQ ribs and they were overcooked and almost burned and the rice was hard like raw.

The food at this restaurant was terrible. Not only did they get my order wrong multiple times, but the overall quality was extremely disappointing. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for good Chinese food.

These people really made me uncomfortable. I placed an online order before leaving work so I could pick it up on my way home. They use a third-party ordering service with a specific menu format that they did not honor. When I arrived to pick up my food and pay, I noticed that half of my order was missing. I called them and they claimed that I did not order those items. Additionally, I ordered a few sodas and because they did not have the specific brand I requested, they did not provide any soda at all and never informed me. They accused me of lying about the missing sodas. They offered to have me come back, but did not offer a refund for the missing items. I live in Elsmere and can confidently say that I will not be returning to this restaurant. They need to improve their understanding of their online ordering system and ensure that their staff does not argue with customers over the phone.
