I've had very bad customer service experiences with the night shift employees here. Several baristas have never bothered saying thank you or responding with any form of politeness at the drive thru window. They often slam the window on my face after giving my order to me or any member of my family.

I have never experienced this at any Starbucks before, but if you order in the afternoon, they may give you old, barely warm coffee instead of a pour over. Most stores stop serving dark roast after 10-11am, so you should specifically ask for a pour over. Despite waiting for my drink, the coffee was still not freshly made. When I called to complain, they apologized and made a note for me to come back the next day for a replacement. Parking for mobile order pickup is not convenient as there are no dedicated spaces, only three ADA spaces in front of the store. However, the store did a good job with customizations and the milk-to-coffee ratio, though I would prefer them to go overboard rather than not adding enough. Unfortunately, the old coffee they served me was not even hot.

I do not frequent Starbucks often because I am not a fan of coffee and I do not like their Tao chai mix. However, during a recent visit with a coworker, I decided to try their Matcha Latte, which was decent but the color seemed off. The drive-thru at this location is often busy in the mornings, so be prepared for a wait. The staff member, Austin, was friendly and efficient. I also tried their egg white, Swiss, and turkey bacon breakfast sandwich, which was tasty but not extraordinary. Unfortunately, you cannot customize the sandwiches at Starbucks as they are pre-made elsewhere. This type of process makes me hesitant to support large corporate chain restaurants.

Candice did an excellent job, always ensuring that orders are ready on time with a lovely smile. I love it! The vegetarian options are also delicious.
