Fake ! Trying to order and it says not available. The number is also not in service. Dont know why it says its in service . Its not

I have heen here atleast a dozen times because my daughter loves their smoothies, but they are always out of bananas.

I normally really love coming here but this is just unacceptable. This is the second time I 've placed an order online during business hours and when I go to pick it up no one is in the store. Today they had a sign stating they were closed for labor day which is understandable but why can 't you guys make sure you 're updating the apps in which people can order from that you are closing early or closing for a holiday. While I was leaving a doordash driver pulled up, I 'm assuming to come pick up and order for someone but couldn 't, I can 't imagine the nightmare that caused with the app and those people getting their money back. This is ridiculous.

Restaurant is closed during business hours. Didn't leave a notice on the door or anything

I went here back in November to get a smoothie and ordered through the app, when I got there they were closed it was during business hours. There was no sign saying why they were closed. I tried calling multiple times and on different days to see if they could refund me or at least give me app credit and no answer. The time I did go there there was only one person working and management not in sight. I don't know if I would want to come here again poor customer service and no urgency to satisfy there customers.
