Craving some Taco Bell? Find another location. This one has completely gone down the toilet. Their fountains drink are almost always out or broken it seems, they consistently botch both mobile and in-person orders (whether it's missing items or messing up special requests), drive-thru around lunch time is always at least a 30min wait, and you never know if the dining room will be open. The excuse is that they are short staffed and frankly, at this point, corporate should just shut this location down.

It's crazy, I order lunch for my dad every day, I've paid for it online, my dad just needs to go to the store and let stuff know the name of the order to get it, but this time, no, I've never seen any restaurants like this. Must see software? Then I had to drive 30 minutes to the store and show her my mobile app before she was willing to give me the order.
