What a delight to have genuine vegan Mexican cuisine in the area! My mom ordered the birria plate featuring amazing jackfruit, while I chose the taco plate with jackfruit, chorizo, and mushrooms. Everything was bursting with flavor, just the right amount of spicy, and the portions were quite generous. I look forward to returning to sample more dishes! The address listed on the app is incorrect, so be sure to check their website for the right location. The BRC burrito was enormous and delicious!

I drove 30 minutes because it was listed as open in the morning, but when I arrived, it was closed. I'm extremely disappointed.

I recently visited their new location in Colton, and I was excited to find out their current hours are Monday and Tuesday from 4 PM to 8 PM, and Thursday from 12 PM to 8 PM. As a resident of Redlands, I was thrilled to hear they were opening closer to me! I've been eager to try their birria ramen ever since I discovered their Instagram page. Naturally, I ordered the birria ramen and a birria torta just for myself, but I couldn't finish everything, so my husband will have a nice treat when he gets home! I definitely recommend this vegan Mexican food spot!

I went to their new Colton location. Their current hours are Mon 4pm 8pm, Tues 4pm 8pm, Thurs. 12pm 8pm. I live in Redlands so I was thrilled I hear they were opening closer to me. So of course I ordered the birria ramen and birria torta all for me but of course I couldn't finish so my husband is going to have a nice treat when he gets home haha!
