Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Upland

I ordered the popcorn shrimp combo. The shrimp were overcooked and tough, the mashed potatoes were smaller portions than before. The biscuits were still delicious.

Avoid this place. They are extremely dirty and careless. I used the drive-thru and was told to wait for the boom, so I parked before moving forward. I am glad I did because I saw how dirty they were. There was a girl taking orders and she used the same glove to touch the doors that were touched by multiple people and then touched the food without changing her glove. I went in to confront her and she lied, saying it wasn't a big deal. I got my money back and will never go back.

I had the chicken sandwich for the first time and oh my goodness! My children, husband, and I absolutely loved it, and it's always served hot. This is the perfect place to visit if you're craving a tasty chicken sandwich. I especially enjoy the spicy sauce that comes with the spicy chicken sandwich. It's definitely the best I've ever had! My kids agree.

It took me 10 minutes to place my order, even though there was no one ahead of me, and to my surprise, I received 2 large fries in my bag. I had to inquire about what I had actually paid for. The portion size was smaller than I have ever seen before. I will not be returning to this restaurant. Please refer to the photo for reference.

The customer service at this restaurant was excellent. The employees were very friendly, and the cashier, Eunice, was particularly kind and helpful.
