Very friendly and good service and food was good...late at night after a long days driving..even allowed us to charge our phones...just what we needed

Typical pub restaurant with tasty food and a good atmosphere. We stopped by for a burger and pizza and it was tasty and the portions were a good size. The staff were very friendly. The outside seating area is on the edge of the mall car park which would normally not be an issue but during our visit a few people who had been drinking in the car park made us uncomfortable. The staff were quick to deal with the issue, though. We would definitely go back there perhaps not to sit outside on a Saturday evening, though.

Mostly our Caucasian brothers that frequent the restaurant. I only did drinks and was ok. Nothing to write home about. Staff not that efficient like one would be accustom to. My drinks took very long time to come. Spoke with management and my experience improved. So it was ok...shame The second time around since November last year, things got very bad. Again we spoke to management about the quality of food. All we can hope now, is that they heed our complaints and change. But service was on a Shaheen level, only alcohol lovers would enjoy.

Food tastless other than an overpowering basting sauce. No sauerkraut with meal. If you like eisbein don't eat it at Dros. My wife ordered trinchado tasted like spaghetti sauce. Manager says that's how they get it from headoffice. Dros joined the list of restaurants to avoid.

It was pathetic. Order a coke and Dross burger the moment I sat down. Waited over an hour for my food. No one came to tell me why its taking so long. I had to go find out twice. Anyhow, canceled the burger. Last time Dross sees my face!!!
