I personally love her pizza. had a problem with...their lasagne (why I gave 4 stars) and hopefully they will read this and change it a little. (hint: don't cook the noodles 100% before baking, and take the huge laura leaf (book leaf) out of their sauce before they coat it in the lasagne, I almost crocheted on them otherwise their food is excellent, well over their other hotels of the same grades. we go there and her hotel several times in year and was the family tradition of my wife to do, and we followed the suit w make her a reservation! and go!
At the suggestion of our managers in the hotel stars we went on Wednesday night over the street to dinner (many are closed on Wednesday). The restaurant in the santis is a nicely furnished room, but it has a large outdoor terrace where we. on a warm summer eve. the pizza was very nice, and the local things were also very good. the only missing one for the evening was a bottle Swiss red, which was really not very good. we should stay with Italian next time. service was professional and efficient when a bit reserved, but all in all we were happy with the meal. good if they are in underwater on Wednesday eve.
In this restaurant we can travel a break from and drink local beer and eat something. this was the introduction to a hearty Swiss kitchen. excellent service a large group of friends for a short time!
We enjoyed our eating here and the staff was very nice. they have a good call before place for their pizza, but note that if they want to share one, they charge 4,50 francs for the privilege!
As the title says, it simply is! From pizza to Fondue from pasta to Kalb you will know you will get the best. The employees are top notch and are right there if you need them. Otherwise their food is excellent, well above your other hotels of same grade.
