Absolutely Shocking Never Again Bread was like a stale muffin Quality of food below average Don’t bother guys!

We were looking forward to returning after the renovations were completed, after having had quite a few enjoyable meals previously. We were very disappointed with meals. Fish and chips had no tartare sauce, served with a curry sauce instead. Salt and pepper squid wasn't crisp...it did have tartare sauce which was shared with the fish and chips. The chicken schnitzel was far to thick. Each dish was served with salad. Mine was tiny tomato and a bucket load of lettuce, the other dishes were the same except they had a couple of shavings of cucumber. The decor was mish mash, some chairs had full backs some didn't, some tables were white, some were a ash type wood and some cream. It was very noisy, the acoustics were terrible. We were in the dining room and could hear the voices from the beer garden. The dining room wasn't overly busy, the service left a lot to be desired by the wait staff. Overall very disappointing, probably won't return with so many other choices around

Entree was pate bought from the supermarket would have bad more taste.. piccalilli would have been better tasting if my yr old nephew made it. One piece of cauliflower two slithers of pickle everything was lacking and had zero taste and not enough sourdough...for the serve. Tasted worse than good supermarket quality. Wtf… huge chunk of pate from coles.. one piece of cauliflower and two slithers of zucchini plus three pieces of sourdough cooked within inches of their life. What a joke… lends itself to the kitchen of the fish finger sandwiches… a joke among many locals.. show us some respect.. additional to that… the pint of prawns… are you kidding me?!?? I have to remove the head and remove the poo without anything to clean my fingers with. Paint the place, add ikea furniture… welcome to the “new Cremorne Hotel” What a joke. I had half my first drink spilled all over the bar with thanks from the bar staff. Don’t recommend there is better just have to travel a little further unfortunately

Couldn’t find my reservation. Luckily there were plenty of tables. Had interactions with two female staff members- one of whom did not seem happy to be there. Garlic bread is huge. Chicken salad wasn’t the best I’ve ever had. Probably won’t return.

Came for a mid week meal, service was good and had your standard selection of drinks. Beef schnitzel very average and tough, chip over cooked and salad plain standard green salad. Vibe ok just felt very suburbia.
