Domino's Pizza - University Place

The $5.99 deal for two pizzas at Domino's has been an ongoing promotion for years, and I couldn't be happier about it. I absolutely love their deep-dish pizza with two toppings, as well as the stuffed jalapeño and bacon breadsticks.

The pizza was good, but I encountered an issue with my online order. I mistakenly received the wrong sauce and the restaurant refused to exchange it for the correct one, even though I hadn’t opened the order. They mentioned I would have to pay extra for the right sauce because it would disrupt their inventory.

Alberto was incredibly friendly and helped me with my issues using the mobile app. The pizza was ordered and delivered promptly and was still hot. Alberto even delivered the pizza personally! Thank you, Alberto, for all your assistance and excellent customer service.

If I could give a negative 5 rating, I would. the order was terrible, disgusting and dry, wrong, just a terrible experience. tries to call, they give them the opportunity to make the thing right, and was said we do not take responsibility for the condition of our food. Consistently uneven. semi-baked pizzas, wait 40 minutes over the approximate ordering time, customer service. it looks like nobody cares. I just found a hair in my pizza. will no longer give money for this facility. Zero stars.
