I also expected to receive a grill and ranch dressing with each meal, but I only received one of each. I had to ask for more, and the person serving me through the window stated that it would cost her 75 cents out of her own pocket for the extra condiments. It is unacceptable to me that when I purchase a meal, it should come with all the necessary condiments without having to ask for more and potentially burdening the worker. I am not satisfied with the service and will not be returning. I spent over $28 and feel that the customer's needs are not being prioritized.
My order was cold because the app didn't mention that I couldn't pick it up inside. The drive-thru line was too long. It took 22 minutes before my order was ready. The shakes were watery, the cheese curds were like rubber, and everything was half cold. Not a good experience.
I usually take my children through the drive-thru and they usually order the blooming. I like to mix it up, so I get everything I want that day. I also really enjoy their sides. It's good comfort food.
Customer service is okay I've been coming here for many years . i absolutely love the cakes they sell desserts are amazing here. I love taking my family here . they offer pup cups for dogs. Lately iv been having to drive back And fourth because my fries are cold or I don't have my full order . There was one time I had a large order and they told me to park in some of my order was not given to me and the lady told me to get back in line instead of going inside and getting my order and bringing it out to me so because she made me go back in line I had to wait a long time to get my order in my food got cold I should have just had them do my full order and redo everything so everything could be done at one time and my food can be hot
Love this place! Cheaper than the DQ in Gig Harbor, better quality and better portion sizes, and the workers there are always kind and know how to make a customer welcome! I’ve been there several times in the past year and I’ve always been pleasantly surprised with how great the drive-thru experience is!
