Johnys - University Park

Unfortunately, I cannot comment on eating, but their customer service leaves much space for improvements. website, menu and their door all say that they are open today at 10 o'clock and the illuminated open sign is on, but the door is locked and they will not answer the phone either.

I’ve been going to Johnny’s for years man now THEY JUST REMODELED IT AND ITS CLOSET THING TO 5 star restaurant

From all of my experiences here I will say the food has always been very good, but some former employees have had very poor customer service skills. Orders were placed and I was given a time frame when it would be ready. Only for me to arrive and still have to wait as long as 30 minutes for orders as small as a BBQ fry. With the remodel and new staff I am hopeful that things have improved as I would like to continue being a customer of Johnny's.

Nachos served with 100% brocken chips. The very bottom of bag, Beef sandwich with cheese, sweet peppers. Cheese not melted, and hot peppers. Go to gas station and get a roller dog.
