Glory Days Grill - University Park

Great, ingenious, place to eat and drink with friends and family. Great staff, great atmosphere, you can see the game or just eat, chat and view the TV. We come to the fish specialist every Friday night. Delicious is everything I can say. You have to experience it yourself. I mentioned the staff. All friendly faces. Great group of people. Love her.

Not as good as other Glory Days Grill?s I visited. We arrived at 6:00 and sat pretty fast. Our waiter took a very long time to come to the table and welcome us. But he apologized for so long. We ordered an appetizer and our meal. The appetizer came out immediately, but our meal took too long to come. When it finally arrived at the table, everything was cold, not warm, not room temp, but cold. My wife spoke to the manager Melissa. Melissa for her credit was professional, friendly and understanding. She cost our meals. I give Melissa a lot of credit to make it right. I will continue to visit Glory Days restaurants. I have to say my experiences at Glory Days are always good. Your food and service are usually at the point.

Excellent service and fantastic food. We had a problem with something that my orders were from the toy sharks for the shark attack) and the waiter felt so bad. He was amazing! He went next door to the five downstairs and bought them a little doll instead. All about an excellent customer service!!! That made her day and ours.

Went for lunch. The manager was our server and kept disappearing took an hour to get our food they were not busy at all. Never got a refill the food wasn't good. Brought our bill and then never came and got it. We finally walked it up to the bar and took care of it ourselves. We were as polite and friendly as could be left a good tip didn't complain but will certainly not return.

Lots of people dine there. Great location. The food looked okay by appearance but not good. Ribs were not fresh. Was Overcooked extremely dry and burnt to a crisp. Pulled pork was in huge chunks and not pulled. Was loaded with fat. Baked beans were real runny and soupy. Waitress was wonderful. She tried to please. I was sick all night ? vomiting. Will call and ask for a refund.
