Irie Eats Jamaican - University City

At the first dinner here, pick up. Had oxen with rice/bean, cabbage and potatoes. Plantains and rice/bean really good. I'll try them again, just not the oxen. Oxtails were well seasoned, but part was perhaps a few tables of the actual meat. I never had such thin-cut oxen.

The food was decent, it really had no taste and no juice on the oxen. I miss De Palm Tree. The food was cooked slowly and properly. This place for a meal came the plate with five small oxtail, rice, cabbage and three potatoes. They give you more pages than meat. I paid $48.99. It wasn't worth it. I wouldn't go back.

It wasn't like my favorite spot. They had to cook my curry chick and I could say that there was no time to soak the good stuff. the owners were really nice, so maybe I will try them again.

The ppl were friendly and the food was quickly made that?s the one star?. BUT That was the most beautiful Jamaican food I ever had in my life, it feels like me? The ox tails were $27??? And I left a tip because they were polite, but the taste was off, I never had pieces of carrots and potatoes over my oxtail? the idiot smells good, but I'll never try back

THIS RESTAURANT IS AMAZING! We booked this place for our daughter's graduation party, and we are so glad that we did. Carlton and his entire staff gave 5-Star, A+ service from beginning to end. We ordered both the Jerk and Curry Chicken with Beans and Rice, Cabbage, Festival (fried bread), and their Beef, Chicken, and Veggie patties. All set up beautifully in buffet style. EVERYTHING was delicious and our guests were so pleased. We also tried the Irie Rum Punch and Loved it! Stop in for a Ting, you won't be disappointed. This is our new favorite spot!
