Blaze Pizza - Universal

Real cold evening and the none of the 3 staff members would turn on any of the heaters for any of the customers because they were too busy. When asked again, one staff member said they didn't work. Place was packed but they couldn't provide a simple service of turning all any of the 8 heaters they had on sight.

Really wonderful pizza, in taste and service. Accidentally forgot to ask for no bacon on our pizza due to religious reasons and was made a new one with vegan chorizo on top for free. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

We went after the park closed. We were tired, hungry, and stood in line for about 15-20 minutes only to learn that they were out of gluten free crust. It's not like they were out of pepperoni and you could just choose another meat. For GF/DF people, that's the only choice. Suggestion for management--put a sign up so we wouldn't have waited all that time.

It was fine. Their sausage has an odd taste and they are limited on their selection. My associate was a little confused and they seemed to be running a little slow that day.

Placed an order online, thinking the store was open. On their website it said still open. Get to the store and it’s closed. Was charged for pizzas I never got. And I have not been refunded.
