Domino's Pizza - Universal City

Jerry is a legendary store manager, he doesnt f around when it comes to quality pizza, great store

Poor hygiene on staff making pizzas. I've seen too much to ever come back. Smh

Is it customary for this location to have rap music blaring so loud inside that I can hear it out here in my car when the delivery drivers open the door to leave/go in? Why not serve shots and turn on the strobe lights? ??

On 3/23/24 12::30 am, I go to this pat booker location and the front door is locked. You have to be buzzed in. So I stand at the door waiting. There is a middle aged white man sweeping up the store. He throws the trash away by grabbing the bottom of dustpan with his bare hand to empty into the big trash can. He Doesn't wash his hands but instead grabs the pizza I ordered from the oven and uses his hand to hold the edge of pizza while he cuts it. At this point another worker comes out from the back and buzzes me in. The same nasty worker boxes up another pizza and as he handles the pizza, some sauce gets on his hand, he licks two of his fingers then proceeded to finish cutting that pie. So gross, I immediately turn around and leave without getting my food. Won't be ordering from this location again. They're unsanitary!!!

This Domino’s is horrible. I placed an order online for delivery. One of the pizzas was a thin crust, build your own sausage. When the order arrived, it was a build your own cheese pizza, and the ticket said thin crust, cheese? When I called to reconcile the order, I was told that they couldn’t do anything about it since the ticket said just cheese. He said that he couldn’t help me with anything he would be basically giving out a free pizza and they’re losing profits? I’m never coming to Domino’s again so you’re still losing out on profits? This was a pizza for my eight-year-old he really wanted it so I had to place an online order for sausage and go pick it up.. I paid for delivery plus the gas to drive back there.. and the pizza I ordered for myself, is going to be cold now So thanks Domino’s..
