I experienced the worst service I've ever encountered from a large young man at this restaurant. I generally like this place, but I actually drove past two other restaurants to get here.

The staff here have some serious attitude issues. My boyfriend visited today to ask about a product, and before the manager, Alice, even reached the counter, he requested something else. She paused and seemed visibly annoyed, then slammed the items down on the counter. It's clear that this place has really declined, and it's unacceptable that the owner seems unaware of how unprofessional the staff can be. If you work in a service-oriented role and don't want to help customers, maybe it's time to reconsider your job choice. This kind of behavior is detrimental to the business.
