But once? in the line there? 30 minutes wasted. I told the manager in service if you don't have regular orders, at least have the courtesy to put a shield on your window, so customer? s aren?t waste their time. He didn't understand.
Good mourning, I wish only a papal could be reliable. I came through, but when I saw it wasn't moving. When I went to the house, I ordered, then 10 minutes later, a worker said no more orders inside, just Door Dash. Then they started eating. First, no fries, then no Mac and cheese while I stand there and have already paid for these things. Well, I know every short employee is, but I'll be patient. After waiting for 25 minutes, I ask how long my waiting takes, as I know I have to change the pages. You're starting to fix my food and tell me I have to choose new pages what I do. We waited in the restaurant for 45 minutes, then came home to dirty rice that was so cold as if it just came out of the refrigerator. I'm not even gonna talk about how we left a whole chicken strip waiting after 45 minutes. The only positive is that the staff was friendly and never got an attitude, even if a customer was rude, but it is clear that they are short staff and overwhelmed. Please get it together Popeyes! Dang!
From today, the rating here is 2.9 and that is far too high. No counter order, order online or go home. The place is dirty and the staff is rude. Only people who are happy are employees who are constantly laughing while they run out customers.
This place was terrible. First, the card reader was downstairs so we had grateful cash. The beverage machine was made of ice and carbonic acid. The napkins and spice holders were empty. I ordered a 16 piece and a 8 piece meal to go. I was told they had enough chicken, but I should wait for a fresh batch to be prepared. No big deal as I get that other people need to be served. You told me 15 minutes before my order was finished. 15 minutes is nothing. 30 minutes later I asked and was told another 7 minutes. At that time my wife came in and said she would wait and I should go into the car (can my RBF have entered). 10 more minutes passed and she was also told 7 more minutes. Good Lord! They were not understaffed, they were not muddled with customers. It was just a bad administration. I love this chicken of Popeyes... just not from this Pope.
Terrible. justclose this location. The boss that was on staff tonight was unmotivated and didn't even run the crew at all. I should've checked on my order before I left, I would've just gotten my money back. I ordered a M fry and look what I got. It was an hour and a half before closing time and they didn't have any items hardly resulting in me having to replace items in my order I already paid for[because you can only enter the lobby to pick up]
