Pita Pit - United States

UPDATE: This location appears to be permanently closed. What a shame! But it never seemed like they were busy enough to justify keeping it open. I feel for the employees who lost their jobs. Seems to be this place is under new management or they recently made positive improvements over service and hired better employees. They're friendlier, attentive, and engaged. They don't seem bored with their job or act like you're a nuisance for ordering a pita. The food has always been what we expected, just that the service always lagged. Can't say that anymore! Glad they're never busy when we visit, but hope that's not a bad omen. One thing about parking, you have to park strategically in case there's a long Starbucks drive thru line, but that's easy as the lot is huge and not far to walk. Wish I remembered employee names, but the last few visits have been impressive no matter who was working behind the counter. Place seems pretty clean, at least within eyesight, and the dining room doesn't have an icky vibe. We'll keep coming back because their fast casual food is healthier than most. The options are plentiful and the prices are on par.

Stopped in for a late lunch, and it did not disappoint! Our service was phenomenal. The pita master did an amazing job on helping us, grilling and making the pita. Our food was delicious and perfectly prepared. The store was clean, the vegetable table clean and organized. The service was fast and very helpful. He got my husband to eat more vegetables on his pita even and I tried some new things based on his recommendations. We both had the Aloha and it was so good. We will be back.

Went there at lunchtime but not terribly busy. Food was tasty. However, customer service could be a little better. Both the person at the register and at the pita assembly station assumed you knew how they did things, which I didn't. Additionally, I find it strange they have an item name and description, but then they ask you how to make the item you ordered. Perhaps it is just me...

So so good. The staff are very friendly chat with everyone. The food is so good plus they cater to those of use with food allergies! They're gluten free wrap is good too. Most gf food is dry tastes like cardboard. Pitas Pits gf wrap is not like that!! Tastes great!
