I ordered this pizza for my son, not only was it mishandled (fries spread all over the pizza) upon receipt of my items, but also the crust jeer the cheese was severly burnt. We threw this mess in the trash! This is not the first time weve receivedlow quality food from the West Broad street location! Terrible Terrible Terrible!

I had the Cajun Alfredo Pasta, adding shrimp, and it was DELICIOUS! It arrived hot and the quantity was more than adequate! It will easily provide me with two meals. It arrived quickly and the driver was very pleasant. I will definitely be ordering this again.

I give them 5* bc they consistently have great entrees. This time the fries were cold, overdone, and tasteless. Considering the cheesesteak was what I was after the fries were just incidental, thus 5* in my opinion.

The Spinach Artichoke Dip was at at its usual quality. They missed some steps. It had not mozzarella cheese or parmesan. It was cream cheese and spinach mixed without much seasoning.

To my complete surprise, the food was really good. I was never a big fan of bar food, but the food at Kickback Jack’s were freshly prepared and perfectly seasoned. Great choice for all to enjoy. We ordered Firecracker Shrimp, it was crunchy outside and full of flavors. Fried Chicken Wings was one of the best I had. It was easy from the bone. Wednesday wine special was super cheap. A glass Vista Cabernet and a glass Vista Merlot were only $2.75 each. The price was very reasonable and the share was good. Many large screen TVs, you can enjoy a game from any seat. Comfy stand with plenty of space. We're definitely coming back.
