Definitiw not my favorites almost food place, but it is done the job. eating is also fresh!

In 16 minutes to close (not ideal) but to the counter. luke cleaned the grill. he says there are customers. mike makes some cleaning so we were patient and waited for him to finish what he cleaned. he never comes to our command. also carolina doesn't see us. the superior finally comes by and says, "how can I help them?" we begin to order and immediately says luke. “We do not take food orders at 8:50. it was 8:49 that my friend pointed out. luke giggled and said yes, but there are only 10 seconds left. I was so angry! we pointed out that we have waited five minutes and that the other employee has ignored us and him. he repeated that it was now 10 til and they no longer serve food. so frustrating! only the fact that this is customer service now and nobody cares and it is not even important.

I waited in the window for more than 10 minutes to order, then it was said that I went in and order there. while the customer was waiting for me. I never go back.
