Our chef was excellent! The young African American man didn't give us his name, but he did a fantastic job.

The overall experience was good and was saved by some good employees. from the time that was at 430 o'clock, it took almost an hour until the chef came out. the waitress never came back to my beverage order. had to put two different waiters in the order until a waiter took over and was on point. smoke detectors went out during eating, took almost 4 minutes to turn off. chef was excellent and so was the waiter who took over, but at 430 sitting and not finishing meal until 730 is unacceptable for the amount of money paid for this type of food. the management could have been better and their employees could not have been striving for the lack of their management skills. not even a manager came by to apologize for the incident or inconvenience of the waiting. if a chef is in an hour break, they should not sit at the time they leave for break. it is unacceptable to accuse the extreme delays of the workers with the title of meal.

I had the worst experience ever at this restaurant! Do not go to Benihana, the service is terrible. It was my birthday and it ended up being the worst birthday ever. We will never return to this Benihana again.

We celebrated my dear friend's birthday at this restaurant. We had a great time and the chef, food, and overall experience were excellent!
