Arby's - United States

This Arby's location is my new favorite. I only get their Greek Style Gyros because I find them to be the closest authentic Gyros that Billings has, sad right? This location is very fast even during lunch rush, and my friends and I will be going here more often for Gyros. Overall, 8/10, for speed, taste, and service.

It's been a while since I dined at Arby's. I stopped in for supper before church recently and had a really good chicken sandwich and fries. The restaurant was clean and the food was hot and tasty. I was pleased with everything!

Tried the new Diablo chicken sandwich. The guy at the counter said he eats one every day. Well it was way too spicy. Wow. Went back and he apologized profusely. I ordered a new sandwich and he gave me a discount. I really appreciated the gesture and his friendly personality. I would come back just because of the kindness and service. But not for that spicy Diablo sandwich!

Thank you so much for going above and beyond to fix your mess up. I really appreciate getting 4 free sliders just bc you missed sauce on them the last time. That's a lot for a little mess up. Thanks so much I woulda taken one free slider and been happy. Your manager Trevor/Travis I'm sorry I forgot the name was wonderful...
