In the mall and a bit crazy. Food court after all. More take out than dine in. What was surprising to me was quality of service and steak. Servers attentive, steak hot and cooked perfectly. Arugula a little wilted and off though I'm sure if I'd asked, it would've been replaced.

My wife and I went to the one on Brandon Blvd on 11-23-21 1pm. Got two single burgers, shared an order of fries, and one small soda $20. One hamburger was overcooked and dried as they come. Other was raw, raw to the point where my wife said I cannot eat this. Absolutely horrible customer service. We got our money back and left, never to come back!

I sent my daughter to get a few burgers. Well the guy at the grill was slouching like he really wasn't into cooking that day then the meat was still alive I mean I took a bite and it mooed at me it practically bit me back. Other than that it was OK I really like the fries. It was seasoned nicely.

I'm leaving this review for my mom because she's too nice of a person not to.. How do you just steal from a customer??? I understand the world is going thru stuff right now and there may be a change shortage but you just do not not give them someone all of their change, you short yourself you don't short the customer!! .75 cents is alot in someone's eyes, ridiculous! Then you want to argue with her about it and when she asked for a receipt you told her no.

You guys need a bathroom right out front the way you guys p on all the other spots at the food court! I just had the best chicken sandwich I had this year and even the duo of water was damn good! Aussie never misses and mad props to the cooks! They need a raise because they're trustworthy workers I'll tell you!
