Burger Experience

Well done , this is ho you do it! Was provided with a good amount of condiments, the additional sauces ordered werent forgotten, which happens often at other places. Food was excellent. This is what a veggie burger should taste like!

Bacon Cheese Burger Combo was flavorless, no seasonings or sauce. Not worth the money. Spicy Chicken Sandwich was undercooked and chicken is extremely low quality, like biting through very tough rubber. Couldnt even eat the chicken sandwich it was so bad.

This is actually a ghost kitchen at Smokey Bones. Burger is overcooked, dry and burnt. No attention to details as my burger was not made how I ordered it. I requested NO horseradish mayo but added regular mayo instead. Didnt get any mayo whatsoever. At least the drink and fries were correct. Poor customer service. Ive never been to a Smokey Bones before, but based off of this ghost kitchen burger, I wouldnt waste my time or money again in the future.

Burger bun was stale, they forgot 2 of the fries I ordered and they need to use paper bags for delivery as all the food was wet when I got it out from the plastic bag not a great experience

My meat wasnt fully cooked on both burgers and my onions werent carmalized
