I loved it! book a last minute stay for Friday, including dinner reservation. from the arrival we felt welcome and could relax. the room was very well equipped, with a very comfortable bed, great amenities and a shower. we enjoyed drinks before dinner in the cozy bar and then had dinner in the restaurant. eating was really top quality; they can say that the cook knows his things! great weep to accompany the meal. the breakfast (included in the room price) was relaxed and again of great quality. the white horse would be highly recommended. the only small criticism we had is that we found the bar/restaurant quite cool, and we felt that our main courses (cover and pork, tasty) could also be served hotter. other than that, we loved it! great service also from team. thank you.

Amazing place eating was super and service even better! my favourite place to eat, drink and stay! if you can get the comfortable sofa and armchairs through the long burning stove, they are for a wonderful winter tasty as well! I think it's the best pub that I know what the renter and her team is credited. highly recommend it to anyone who wants quality in every wise and it is very good price too. 5* quality round!

After a wonderful, swinging walk on the south harding down we decided to visit the white horse for an early dinner after we had noticed from 2018 good pub guide that we were very close (3 km). fabulous pub, extremely welcoming renter and bar staff who made us feel like old friends (who had heard of us until ten minutes before we arrived) and they made a great fuss of rona. great food and table service was excellent. next time we'll go south harding down. highly recommended.

This was our first visit to the white horse and wow, which was a fantastic place full of character from wall to wall room clean and for all these little things including real coffee earrings lol and a selection of board games in the lobby. we had happy enough to have booked in the evening and the food was wonderful, the staff could not please again, breakfast was also excellent with a great ordering
