I don 't visit often so I was definitely disappointed when I saw that they were out of some of my favorite flavors. I don 't have that many choices because I find many of the flavors too sweet (nothing against Ralph 's that just my personal preference). So when my already limited list gets shortened by 2 or 3 flavors you can understand the 4 star rating. But it was nice to do something normal this summer.
No more foam cups now it’s this new design which is super cute. Staff was nice and there wasn’t a wait.
The mocha here is amazing! The ice-cream is okay. The prices are fair. They should definitely increase the cup size for each physical size [make you get more for your payment]
In addition to Ices, Ralph’s actually has Superior Hard Ice Cream.
Smoothie was great tasting. Quick, friendly service.
