They always missing an item. How hard is it to make sure the order is complete and correct?

Ordered 3 meals but didnt recieve hash browns for any of them

I ordered breakfast through the mobile app for dine in. the food was quickly and pardoned. I got a free hash brown. Maybe it was a mistake. it would have been 5 stars if the tables and chairs were cleaner. some of the chairs had crumbling on them. the table we chose was a tad sticky. that was at 11 o'clock.

Eating was ok for mcdonald’s, the reason for 1 star is that they were my fear and risked everyone living in the restaurant. I went away after eating and all the doors were closed. at this point, therefore, I will be imprisoned against my will and cause a fire hazard. I told the personal about it and it didn't matter to them. I'm not back to this place soon.

We have ordered 2 persons in the car in the app why they do not give the order they say that we have to come into the inner they only give for 1 order on the drive that this is crazy
