Sol Chicken - Union City

The food at this restaurant is top-notch and always fresh. They serve the best chicha morada in town. I can't get enough of it and end up eating or ordering from there at least three times a week because it's so delicious.

The service for takeout orders is extremely slow at this restaurant. It took an hour for just chicken and rice to be prepared and ready for pick-up.

The chicken was dry and the fries were terrible. The atmosphere was also not great. Despite loving Peruvian cuisine, this dining experience was really disappointing. The food tasted old.

August 2021: this place is now lacking in quality. quality in foods, tastes, portions, drinks and waitresses. I was with a small group of 4. we had to ask for more tellers, as they gave us only 2 to share the family Jalea. Sol chicken has great options for eating. my family and I love to order the chicken with the fried rice. fried rice has such a taste that they want to consume more. huh? I recommend this peruvian restaurant!
