Ordering food over the phone at this restaurant is extremely difficult. It's as challenging as getting the Oakland police to respond to an abandoned vehicle. Good luck!

The manager at this location greeted me in a hostile manner and made me feel unwelcome simply because I sat down before ordering. It seemed as though she believed I was loitering without any intention of purchasing anything. When I requested a restaurant cup, she poorly communicated that only disposable cups were available, which was untrue. She eventually provided me with a cracked cup that leaked, prompting me to ask for a replacement. Additionally, I was surprised to find that the bathroom doors, which were not locked during my last visit, were now locked. I am disappointed when businesses make it difficult for customers to access basic necessities.
