The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, although the dining area is somewhat cramped between the tables. However, they seated our party of nine quickly, including one person in a chair. The food was fresh, and there was a nice selection of vegetarian options. On the downside, the restaurant was not very clean; there was trash on the floors, and the plates, glasses, and cutlery were not the cleanest. Additionally, there was an unpleasant odor in the place. Our waitress was excellent and provided great service.

We started with an Italian salad, which was terrible, and the iced tea was lukewarm—so warm, in fact, that the ice cubes melted within 10 minutes. We managed to eat about half of the salads before waiting a frustrating 45 minutes for our main courses. I ordered the parmesan-crusted pork chop, and I was utterly disappointed. The bone was charred black, and the bottom was even worse. I had to spit out my first bite; it was inedible. The pork chop was dry from being overcooked and excessively salty. Sadly, we left feeling very disheartened. The only highlight of the meal was the bread, which wasn’t anything special. We will not be returning. The management should feel ashamed of this establishment's decline! This place has truly gone from hero to zero.

This was our 40th anniversary, and we were looking forward to a nice evening with a good meal. Instead, we ended up with an expensive yet bland dinner. There were some positives: the fried ravioli was enjoyable, and the potato soup was good. The waitstaff were efficient and polite, and the atmosphere was nice. Honestly, that's the best I can say. We left the restaurant still hungry, as we couldn't finish our meals and ended up taking them home. Maybe they would taste better the next day, though I doubt it. To salvage the evening, we went to Cheatham's Pit BBQ at Reelfoot Lake and had a really good meal there. Note: I rarely give a 2-star rating and generally enjoy my dining experiences. If you look through my other reviews, you'll see that I seldom complain. If this meal had been cheaper, I might have rated it higher. However, given the price we paid, 2 stars is warranted.

Call us and command my food. I had someone to pick up my order for me. I have my order and there were no garlic butter on request, no additional crumbs on request and no fresh parmesan over my entree or salas on request. read that is fundamental when the girl who took my order insert it correctly. I called 15 times in a 20-minute period and couldn't get ananswer. very disappointed!

Absolutely awful! My bf and I went to dinner on a normal Thursday night and chose here. The service was good because of the sweet waitress. But the food was bad! Not just bad in taste but bad as in ruined. My bf ordered the Seafood Harbor and the lobster in had gone bad. You could smell it when it was brought to our table. I encourage my bf to give it a try in hopes that we were just overthinking it. But nope, it was rotten and my boyfriend almost puked! The noodles were over cooked and the sauce was bland. The waitress told use that all for us was take off our drink because management did not allow anything further. I don't believe we will ever return. Better to be safe than sorry.
