The size of the restaurant is typical for a Jamba Juice, with one table outside and one table inside for seating. The staff is friendly and accommodating. However, the interior appears disorganized with plastic hanging and cluttered posters. Additionally, the tables were not clean.
Staff working on day shift at 9:37 am thy start laughing at me because my order is not ready I ask her why you laughing she the she laugh agin and says now im laughing she?s so rude to me. I ask her name she laugh and said CORONA
Today's service at this restaurant was awful. The staff clearly need to be retrained. I placed an order in person, and another customer who was behind me received their drink before me. When I asked the staff member about it, he simply said "stuff happens." When I tried to escalate the issue to the manager, she also appeared to be inexperienced and just apologized. Several other customers also received their drinks before me. This is a problem that should be addressed by higher management.
Upon arriving at the restaurant at 8:05 pm, even though the closing time listed was 8:30 pm, I noticed all the lights were off but the employees were still inside. I decided to place my order using the app, as they were technically still open. However, when I approached the employees at 8:10 pm, I saw a sign on the door stating their closing time was actually 9 pm. Despite the fact that the door was unlocked and it was still within business hours, the employees seemed disinterested in serving us and did not greet us. After informing them of my online order, I was able to pick it up, but when I requested an orange juice, I was told they were out, despite a machine full of oranges being visible. Frustrated by their lack of willingness to accommodate, I left disappointed. It seemed as though they were eager to leave before their shift ended, leading to a subpar customer service experience. However, my smoothie was enjoyable, so at least there was that positive aspect to my visit.
If you like juices, then this is one of franchises you will frequent often. I believe this location has been around since the blockbuster days. Their staff changes often, and it is quite small inside with only two tables inside and two tables outside. Manager/owner does very well in hiring and training staff, but they don't seem to stay around long. The franchise has onlyrecently made a push to add more items on the menu; fruit/oatmeal bowls, coffee, breakfast, and so on. Pros: free and ampleparking outside, store is always clean, and rarely have a long wait, drinks/flavors/taste are always consistent and very good, prices have inched up, but still reasonable for a healthy drink. The new fruit bowls are a great idea, but a littlepricey. Cons: I think they did away with the outside tables, have not seen them lately, no room to sit down and enjoy thedrink unless you want to sit with people always standing by you while they wait for their drink, drinks are sweet so becareful if you are diabetic. Very noisy blenders so don't stand too close to them. Only good if you are stopping for a drink, have to go somewhere else if you are hungry.
