Gio's Pizza - Union City

The pizza was excellent, and they did a fantastic job following my instructions!

The pizza had a great flavor this time, but once again, there was too much cheese and not enough sauce. Additionally, there was far less basil on the pie this time, especially compared to the generous amount I had in my previous order. In summary, it tasted good, but the topping ratio didn’t match my preferences.

I appreciate how well the special instructions were followed. However, I wasn't quite satisfied with the sauce-to-cheese ratio. There seemed to be too much cheese and not enough sauce for my taste. I'm used to Margherita pizzas being more sauce-heavy, with just a few pieces of cheese scattered throughout. I understand that different places have their own styles, so that's alright. Overall, it was a decent pizza, but not the best I've had.

Pizza was cooked to my liking just as my instructions described and it tasted good too

Awesome job on the special instructions as usual. Flavor however wasnt amazing but wasnt bad either. Passable I suppose.
