I ordered a house special mei fun. This meal was disgusting! I called the restaurant stating how nasty this was and I’d like to exchange for something cheaper. The young lady that works the cash register advise me I can exchange but I’d have to pay additional $2. What?! No ma’am I will not! I eat at the location often never had a issue but this food and the customer service is horrible! I will no be returning and will be reporting to the BBB!

I use to love this place I been staying in union city for over 20years an have been giving them my service for that long….I ordered a 10 braised wings bit one and it was disgusting the sugar crystals in the sauce was not dissolved so I took them back and the cashier replaced them with honey garlic but told me she only made nine Because I ate one. Are you serious I bit it an almost gagged I didn’t eat it. I thought that was so petty an cheap of her. Never getting my service again!

This restaurant is average when it's good, but it's gone downhill. I ordered a sesame chicken combo with fried rice and discovered a hair strand in my food. It was really gross and off-putting, I will not be returning.

I have to disagree with the last review. I ordered a bourbon chicken and it was dry with an old taste. I have been to this restaurant many times and never had to complain before. The young lady at the counter refused to replace my dish, even though it tasted terrible. This was the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. I tried to explain to her the importance of good customer service and maintaining loyal customers, but she did not seem to care. I will not be returning to this restaurant and I hope they realize that there are other establishments that treat their customers better.
