Burger King - Union City

I ordered a Whopper with cheese, but when I got home, there was no cheese on it! The French fries were still frozen and there were no napkins or straws provided. Overall, it was a horrible experience.

Whenever I visit this Burger King, I always go in the morning to get French toast. The last time I went before today was about a month ago, and I had vowed never to go back because of how rude the girl in the drive-through was. However, my girlfriend wanted some French toast today, and I didn't feel like driving to the old national location where I had started going after the previous bad experience. I was tired and didn't want to drive far, so I decided to give this location another chance. Unfortunately, the same rude girl was at the window again. She didn't greet me, slammed the window in my face, and had an attitude as if Burger King had begged her to take the job. If you can't handle dealing with people, find a job that allows you to work from home – don't apply for a position where you interact with customers and treat them poorly. Without customers, you wouldn't have a job. I'm tired of going to restaurants where the staff ignore customers and speak rudely to them. Most of my reviews are based on multiple visits, but this experience has convinced me that I will never return to this location again. I'll go next door to Wendy's, where they also sell French toast.

When I arrived at this restaurant and began placing my order, someone abruptly yelled "hold up" at me. I found this behavior to be inappropriate, as screaming at customers is definitely not the right approach.

Always good and decent price. You know what you are getting.

Ruby the manager is awesome she is always nice and very professional every time she is on shift I can always tell because the food be fresh and hot and the place is always clean….MRS.RUBY YOU ARE THE BOMB AND A GREAT
