Yasuo Ramen Sushi - Union

More beautiful place. I like it as they make it go. they are so beautiful!

I was in the mood for ramen and decided to give this spot a try. I called in my order of the vegan miso ramen and they said it would take 15 minutes. When I arrived I parked in their mini parking lot. I walked in and was greeted. I told the lady my name and my food was ready. I paid a little over $15 and left. When I got in I dug in. The ramen was so good. I am not a big tofu fan but they seasoned it to perfection. The broth was good and the ramen was good. I truly enjoyed and would return.

Ramen is pretty below average unfortunately. Sushi tastes good but overpriced compared to the alternative down the road.With that being said though, the place is clean and freshly renovated, well staffed, plenty of seating, and quick service. All of which make dining in a pleasant experience.

Better than when I ordered take out when it opened, the Ramen was pretty good and my date really like the sushi. It was very enjoyable.

Dropped in for lunch on my first visit today. I enjoyed the teriyaki beef lunch box. Every element was great. The salad crisp and cold, soup hot and everything fresh and beautifully presented. Looking forward to my return visits! Well done and welcome to Union!
