Przekaż informację zwrotnąFriday, February 16 I ordered their 3 topping pizza special. Sausage, pepperoni, and mushroom pizza. It's been awhile since I've ordered Dominoes Pizza, like 3 or 4 years. I have no complaint what so ever about the pizza. It was awesome. What ruined this whole experience was the employees that where working here tonight. There was no greeting, no thank you, zero correspondence. As a assistant general manager at Menards, I know how important it is to be cordial with customers. Customers are why we have a job. Not even acknowledging a customer, in my eyes, is the worst customer service you can give. This is why I'm disappointed in this Domino's visit.
Good options and a very nice staff when I picked up the order. Order was fresh and hot, correct as well!
The pizza was closed in box. Some pieces were messed up.
We also had cheese pizza because grandson says that they have the best cheese pizza and he highly recommends.
I wasn't going to write a review because I understand busy restaurant work, however, it was a terrible experience. First, I received a 24 minute wait time, showed up and received a 5-11 minute from the thermometer that tells you when your foods done, and then a 8-10 wait time which was still inaccurate. In total waited about an hour in store. While there, things began going wrong and some staff began shouting profanities and yelling at other staff. Then once we received our food and returned home we found the brownie cake was raw. The pizza portion of our order was ok, if a little undercooked. It was unfortunately not a good experience .
