Wendy's - Ungerer St, North Mackay

Worst wendys every. I literally hate this location. Every time I come here it’s a problem, food isn’t right or they have attitudes. Today I placed a mobile order , spent like $20 , go to pick up my food keep in mind they are NOT closed, They supposed to close at 2am… I get there around 140am for my food and a rude employee is standing outside the drive thru saying they’re closed, then proceeds to walk away from me. I ask him about my mobile order and how I already paid, he said system is down can’t do nothing. I’m furious. I better get a refund.

This is crazy, tonight went there, drive thru wrapped around building, went inside, ordered on I-pad , 2 small chili , waited 15 mins , order 242 , when I asked about order lady Mgr said no chili for 1-2 hours , been out for awhile , what the hell is going on. Poor service , alot of Chios going on with orders , employees with no gloves, hoodies on , lot of unhappy customers, wow. Not the wendys I am use to

We have been waiting on our order to be prepared more than 35 minutes and counting. This is ridiculous ? The employees were very nice in spite of the wait.

Ordered inside and was refused food because they said they did not take cash payment. I went elsewhere.

Just left waiting in the drive thru line, no updates, and when we got around, no one was parked at the window, they were just standing there. First and last time at this place; should have stuck with my usual wendys. 1/5
