He has got to be one of the most Patriotic, and customer centric individuals that I have had the pleasure of meeting in a long time. I honestly have never met someone so proud to work for a company. The pride he takes in his job is expressed by his words and actions. He should be the manager and spread his contagious positive attitude. He said that he’s been an employee there for 20yrs! My family sends a sincere thank you to Aaron!
After placing a small order, I was the only one in the Drive-Thru. I pulled around to the window and sat there for 10 minutes while two people inside played on their phones the whole time. Nobody ever opened the window. Took my card or said anything to me. Eventually I just drove away because I needed to buy food.
ORDERED TODAY ONLINE TO PICK UP IN THE DRIVE-THRU WHICH IS OFFERED ON THE APP. I ARRIVED IN THE DRIVE-THRU JUST TO BE TOLD THAT I WOULD NEED TO COME INSIDE AFTER BEING STUCK IN LINE AND WHEN I ASKED WHY I COULDN'T PICK UP IN THE DRIVE-THRU AS OFFERED. I WAS THEN TOLD THAT THEY HAD JUST SOLD OUT OF WHAT I HAD ORDERED EVEN THOUGH I HAD ORDERED IT ONLINE 15 MINUTES EARLIER THAN REACHING THE WINDOW. I WAS THEN TOLD BY THE MANAGER THAT SHE WAS UNABLE TO REFUND MY MONEY AND I WOULD NEED TO CALL THE COMPANY DIRECT TO RECEIVE A REFUND EVEN THOUGH I SHOWED HER THAT THE APP CLEARLY SAID FOR A REFUND TO GO TO THE STORE THAT I ORDERED FROM. SHE AGAIN STATED THAT SHE COULD NOT DO A REFUND FOR MY ORDER AND THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN SHE STATES THAT SHE WAS ABLE TO DO IT AND GIVES ME A REFUND RECEIPT FOR $0.00 WHEN MY MEAL COST $11.75 THAT THEY NEVER GAVE ME. I THEN WENT INSIDE TO SHOW HER THAT THE CHARGE WAS NOT REFUNDED INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT AND SHE STATED IT WOULD TAKE 3-5-7 DAYS FOR IT TO SHOW WHEN IT TOOK THEM A MATTER OF MINUTES TO REMOVE MY MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT. SHE AND ALL OF THE OTHER EMPLOYEES WERE LAUGHING AND CARRYING ON ABOUT IT. THE ENTIRE STORE EMPLOYEES NEED TO BE FIRED AND THE STORE CLOSED AND DEMOLISHED FOR THE INEPTITUDE OF THE EMPLOYEES, ESPECIALLY THE AMAZON BLACK WOMAN WHO THOUGHT IT WAS HISTERICAL THAT I WANTED MY MONEY BACK FOR FOOD THAT I NEVER RECEIVED AND THE SO CALLED MANAGER WITH ALL OF THE DISGUSTING PIERCINGS ALL OVER HER FACE THAT HAS NO CLUE HOW TO DO HER JOB. I HAVE LODGED A COMPLAINT WITH THE MAIN CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER AND IF I DON'T GET A RESULT THAT SATISFIES ME I WILL CONTACT A LAWYER. THIS STORE'S EMPLOYEES ALL NEED TO BE FIRED AND THE STORE CLOSED AND DEMOLISHED.
There is a gentleman on staff that has worked for fazoli's for twenty years. He was very animated and very helpful and kind and loved his job. Definitely a dying breed. It was refreshing to see someone so enthusiastic about their job while serving others. Truly an awesome experience.
Me and my mom came to this place because we remembered it being good the last time we ate here. We ordered our food and got it and we didn’t notice anything wrong with it until we found no flavor in the pizza and looked at it and we dough was completely uncooked. There was cheese on top of it to cover up the raw dough. At that point we relied on the breadsticks and they were just soaked with butter and garlic. Place was dirty and not many employees.
