The ladies made us right at home, worked as a team to make sure our needs were met. All the cold coffee drinks came with coffee ice cubes! Seriously?!?! Not a drop was left. The cold drinks were delicious as well. My hot mocha (yep that guy on the 91 degree day was wonderful. The food was amazing. Everyone loved their sandwiches and my daughter has a gluten allergy and great care was taken with hers. My son and I got the Scramble Bowls (bread bowls people! and we were both thrilled with our meal. He got the Philly Bowl and I got the Spicy Scramble (and it was PERFECT . Thank you Ladies for making our last morning in Berkeley Springs wonderful. You have a beautiful thing going. We can’t wait to return.
So yummy!! Ice cubes made from coffee so your drink isn’t watered down, genius! We will be back to try the breakfast!
My girlfriends and I ordered iced oat milk lattes and it was awful and way overpriced. The drink tasted like sweetened oat milk. We drank half and then dumped them out and found that the only coffee within the drink were the iced coffee cubes…Definitely not the caffeine boost or drink we were hoping for. To top it off, there were hidden fees. I asked if they substitute regular milk for oat milk, they said yes. They asked if we wanted flavoring and we asked for vanilla. What they failed to tell us until we got the receipt is that there was an extra charge of $4 for these changes! Each latte was over $8 more expensive than Starbucks and definitely not at good. We will not be returning or recommending.
Came in 3 times during the week. Though my boyfriend liked it a lot, I have more mixed feelings. The ladies were very nice but it took a long time to get drinks, the boba tea is a bit odd tasting (can hardly taste the flavors but we did like the taste of the tea once we got used to it and the fact that you can have it with less sugar), and to me it was on the expensive side. Even though there were about 5 ladies working, had to hunt up someone to take our orders and pay. Definitely religious, with a mini Bible on every table. The tipping thing was weird, too. A tip jar for a needy family on the counter but tablet whipped around with tips. It's semi counter service so found it confusing and sorry I didn't leave enough.
We had lattes, a cheese Danish, and a muffin. Everything was really good.... especially the lattes. The woman taking orders was extremely friendly, but in a down to earth, genuine way. She was patient with us as we took our time deciding what we wanted. I would absolutely recommend this spot for breakfast, lunch, or a quick bite.
