Bruegger's Bagels

Form the perspective of a door dash driver....why would you do like 7 inside people and put our pick up order on the back burner when its already paid for???? It was literally 1 sandwich....ps clean your floors there're disgusting ?

I went in today and got the farmhouse with 2 eggs and a sparkling green tea. My fav sandwich and a new drink choice for me. I received everything in a timely manner given that there was only one person working the drink area and register. My sandwich has egg shells in it. I called to talk to someone and couldn't get through. Really sad that I can't enjoy my sandwich

Been going there since it opened, gotta say i quit going there 5 years ago. Dirty, unpleasant, can't seem to keep a manager. I've known many over the years that we're fantastic. But after couple months to a year they quit. And Assistant shift leader is then manager. Every time I try to go back something is wrong, open late, no bagels, coffee maker down, sandwich station is filthy. I took pictures, person on duty said I took it after lunch rush.. HELLO I took it in front of you at 6am. I was shocked they were open. Tried again today, Closed no computer again and again every week. Also I get bagels to go, no sandwiches as the sandwich table I'd so filthy. Cross contamination. Now I'm done until someone takes control of that place and turns it around and cleans it up. But it takes money to do that, and the consensus is that'll never happen when you pay people peanuts, and can't motivate people. No leadership here at all. From the top down.

Call ahead to make sure they have your desired bagel. Good stuff.

Someone said in a previous review there are Gluten Free options, but there are NONE. I like caribou coffee, the floor is dirty at 11am though. There’s confusion of where to order. Lots of employees, someone could be cleaning
