Khonkaen Koon Thai - UMINA BEACH

We went there for dinner and really enjoyed the food. The service was good and friendly. The place is quite small inside but don't let that fool you. The food is second to none. The taste is as good as any first class restaurant. We were a bit hot there inside and were maybe a bit disappointed not to have a fan or air condition on to help us enjoy the experience a bit more.

This is our local Tai restaurant, which we visit regularly to eat in and for take out. We love the food! It's affordable! We love the staff! It's a relaxing atmosphere. Great for groups or couples.

Visited this restaurant on a Tuesday night. It was quiet only another couple but they were very busy with take away orders. Our food was very good and plentiful . BYO only not licenced so guys bring your beer along .

My wife and I came across this restaurant recently and decided to have dinner there one evening. We were both impressed with the delicious flavors of the food. This unassuming restaurant has truly captured the essence of Thai cuisine unlike any other Thai restaurant we've tried. The food is reasonably priced and of excellent quality. It is not overly salty or watery like some other Thai restaurants. Overall, it is definitely worth returning to again and again.

This has always been my favorite Thai restaurant, even since I moved away from Umina, I still drive 25 minutes to eat here. The staff is beautiful and always welcoming and the food is delicious. Try the chicken long song (peanut...sauce bowfry), the best!
