Reef Dune - Ulundi

Nice place to see with excellent service and excellent prices. The atmosphere inside is not very cozy with tables that are too large and too much light. That's why we sat outside a bit cold. We opted for a pizza and schnitzel. The pizza was super thin and lacked some flavor, the schnitzel has nothing to do with a schnitzel. If you offer it, do it well. The desserts were the only highlight, the Malva pudding in particular was very tasty, but the chocolate cake had a bit too much icing. We'd rather try a different restaurant next time. We had a coffee with cake in the afternoon in this elegant cafè. The location is on the main street of St Lucia, very accurate, with design furniture, an open terrace and a corner with selected design articles from SA. The waiter was not particularly warm, but service was careful. Chocolate cake and carrot cake were both good. Next time we will test the restaurant next to the cafè, which seems very clean and warm. We ate at Reef Dune 3 times during our week long stay. Cheesecake and coffee delicious cheesecake and the best coffee in town. Pizza very thin base (love it), crispy but not burnt, definitely recommend the 3 cheese pizza. Reef platter with a top up of 12 prawns to share for the two of us very good! Parking: Small dedicated parking off street, where we found parking every time we visited, plus lots of street parking.
