My order was not prepared as what I paid for and when I informed the customer service staff that items were missing they gave attitude and made me show them my online order to indicate what was all in my order The front desk customer service rep was using foul language and it was just overall bad experience . Another update: I knew the manager would not contact me, when the employee said he would have her call, thus me saying I will not ever give them another dime or dollar. They couldn't even fake it during Black History Month if you don't respect who I am, at least respect my money, it's been like everyone else's. I suppose a thank you is in order. For saving me money, I am able to make a better pizza, exactly as I desire at home. Keep that, there aren't many huts remaining and with pure business practices, this location may be next or not. Update: The observations opinions and views are mine, and I'm entitled to them. I ordered for my children, as I was scheduled to work today. I ordered the big dinner box. 1 pepperoni with marinara, 1 veggie with GARLIC PARMESEAN SAUCE, bread sticks and honey bbq wings. 2 blue cheese sauce, 1 marinara and 1 honey bbq. There was no honey bbq and they put red sauce on the veggie pizza, after limiting me to 5 toppings. 50 dollars should ensure I get what i ordered, as well as the ability to order as many toppings as I am able to pay for. I'm trying to be patient and understanding, I voted for the minimum wage increase however when I do not receive the product I ordered, all that goes out the window. When i called, the young man who answered was very courteous, I appreciate him, he said he would have his manager phone me back. I'm waiting.This is the last money they will get from me.PizzaI order online to save time, and it still takes thirty minutes longer than the estimated pick up time. I like a slice, now and then, it's close and when the order is correct, it's what it is.
I prefer going here than any other location. Friendly staff and good quality food, only downside is the wait time.
Ordered a large pizza with wings online, and 22 minutes later, they were delivered piping hot straight to my hotel room. The order was perfect too, down to the extra pep and extra sauces. $50 delivered for all that is a little insane, but that's Seattle's fault, not the franchise's.Thanks for making my tasty dinner and driving it to me with excellent customer service and impressive efficiency!
The food here is usually atleast a 4 star BUT the last time I bought it a week ago it was a one star that pizza tasted like it was made with straight instructions and no love. The sauce was very minimum kind of dry almost like little Caesars crazy bread, but with cheese and pineapple l and he crust was real rough
