Food was absolutely hot and on spot. The atmosphere and hospitality was some of the best we’ve had in a long time. Hamburger steak covered most of the plate and ribeye steak was overlapping bun by 1/2 “ all around. Enough fries to need two on each plate. Thank you Belk Kountry kitchen for fine quisine and hospitality! See you real soon, I hope!

The young girl that was working counter could use some lessons in customer service. I called to report a missing item and she says I didn 't order it. umm...ive placed this same order numerous times, I promise I did. I didn 't say that, I just repeated what I had ordered and she says, you 're breaking up, I can 't hear you, hello hello and that was it. I 've been coming here many, many years and by far the worst customer service ever. and the bottom of my biscuit was like a brick. actually this is the only time in all the years I 've been coming that I 've had a complaint. and I could have over looked it, things happen, but the rude little girl cost you a customer because I will not be back. you can have mediocre food but great customer service and that great customer service will have them coming back. just rude and completely uncalled for.
