Buryaad Buuza - Улан Удэ

The food used to be tastier, to be honest, but overall it's above average. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes, with a focus on Buryat cuisine. For example, my favorite soup, bituu shol, can only be found and tried here in the city—I highly recommend it. They also have special dishes available upon request, like liver in a pastry, etc. The food is prepared quickly, and the interior has a national style, making it a nice place to bring guests.

I've been there twice, both times with a group, and the food is excellent. The service was great; the staff really went above and beyond. We ate to our heart's content and even did a little dancing. There are also private booths available. You can simply stop by for a meal as well.

I often have lunch here. The food is quite tasty and reasonably priced. I like the wooden, sturdy tables and chairs. They bring your order quickly, and there are napkins and hot sauce on the tables. There’s a nice separate washbasin and two restrooms. The place has two dining areas and a television playing music.
