I stopped here because the Safeway Starbucks was out of lavender and I really wanted their lavender cream oatmilk matcha. I ended up waiting for forever while the majority of batista were doing side work, and the other two were making drinks for the drive through. They didn't even start my drinks until I came up and leaned on the counter. They didn't even apologize for the 20 minute wait. And then they didn't even give me what I ordered. I just got a regular iced matcha. Arrg!!!
I entered today just after 1pm with one customer was ahead of me. The customer ahead of me handed one of the young ladies a piece of paper and left leaving me as the only customer in line. There were two young ladies making drinks, one was walking back and fourth from the counter to storage or area room where there was another young lady working. Both baristas made eye contact with me and continued working. The young lady walking behind the counter walked by the register and turned her head to look at me as she past by. I smiled and nodded my head hello and I got no response in return. I was standing there for about five minutes I wasn’t greeted, I wasn’t acknowledged with any type of verbal communication. Dumbfounded with this service I made the decision that Starbucks will no longer get any of my business, and decided I was going to be loyal to Black Oak Coffee from now on. That’s when the employee from the back area came out, looked at me, and told another employee to work the counter to take orders. Which I assume it was for me. Still not actually acknowledging my presence. So I turned and walked out and headed to Black Oak. I deleted the app (I only had $0.05 on it) and I promised myself Starbucks will never get another cent from me.
The people that work at this Starbucks are just rude…..
Just remember to press lock button on bathroom and that the sinks are on the out side .
Staying at the hotel across the street in the shopping center. Went to this location two days in a row. All the drinks I ordered were made poorly or incorrect. Both mornings. Not very welcoming attitudes as baristas either.
