Starbucks - Ukiah

The person that made our coffee was so rude and when we said it wasn't good she ignored and walked away. We had to wait for someone else to get our drink remade. The reason we asked them to remake was the quantity was way less than that I have ever had in literally any other Starbucks in my life.

The person who made my drink was very rude..she dint even wanted to check what she provided to us..Very poor customer service..Disappointed especially when we came to this location for the brand STARBUCKS..

I went to the Starbucks today and a girl with glasses stereotype, my daughter refuse to serve us. So had another person serve us and that person gave us good service. I want to go to Starbucks to get a drink not to be stereotyped.

Ordered a London fog and it's not made right! Learn the recipe please. It has vanilla sweetener, which is always forgotten. My favorite hot beverage and most Starbucks never make it right. I realize it's not one of the most popular on the menu but please for the tea drinkers out there please try.
