Panda Express - Ukiah

I have ordered chow because I have almost nothing but cauliflower

I went through the drive-thru, placed my order, and had to ask for a straw for my drink. When I got back to my hotel, I realized they did not give me any napkins, chopsticks, or utensils to eat my food with. One of my entrees was beef and broccoli, but I only got 3 pieces of broccoli and a small piece of beef. The chicken was good, but there was no teriyaki sauce or other spices/sauces. I am usually a fan of Panda Express, but this experience was disappointing to say the least.

I love Panda Express no matter where it is. The staff at this particular location is quick and clean in their operation. It is also a pleasant experience when you can easily communicate with the cashier and do not have to repeatedly ask them to clarify their orders.

On the fourth or fifth visit in a row, we were repeatedly denied Teriyaki sauce at this restaurant. This time, we requested extra sauce at the window and were still refused. I usually enjoy the Teriyaki chicken here, but it is made super bland as they do not use Teriyaki in the cooking process and will not provide any on the side. Additionally, they consistently mix up orders and provide incorrect side dishes (noodles instead of rice, for example). It's a shame that this is the only option nearby. If given the choice between this restaurant and Panda Express in Willits, I would choose the latter. The service here is terrible.

The customer service here is so bad, everytime I come here(for others) myself or the person Im woth experiences some level of rudeness and/or just being rushed through like cattle. I understand that staff are pressured to be fast but you can be fast, polite and helpful at the same time. And 9 times out of 10 they mess up the order so if you're going to be rude and fast the least you can do is be accurate.
